Principal Officer - Compliance
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Officer - Compliance to lead our compliance and regulatory framework. This role is critical in ensuring NineteenPay TSP adheres to all financial regulations, payment gateway compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures for payment gateway operations
- →Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, and other regulatory requirements
- →Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- →Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage compliance reporting
- →Train and guide team members on compliance matters
- →Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting the payment industry
- →Manage KYC/AML processes and documentation
- →Oversee vendor compliance and third-party risk management
Requirements
- →Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- →Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
- →Extensive knowledge of RBI regulations, payment gateway compliance, and fintech regulations
- →Experience with PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, and data protection regulations
- →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- →Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- →Certification in compliance (CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent) preferred
- →Experience in payment processing or fintech industry is highly desirable
Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Job Description

Requirements

- →Strong understanding of payment processing and fintech solutions
- →Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- →Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- →Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
- →Willingness to travel as needed
